Father’s Day Greetings

We celebrate Father’s Day for all our fathers, who devote their entire lives, resources, and time to the future of their children, and who are the strongest symbols of love and trust. We respectfully remember our fathers who have been martyred for our country and have entrusted their children to the land of our nation.

On this occasion, this year on Father’s Day, our Foundation made a donation to the international “Save the Children” foundation, which has been working for 100 years to make the world a better place for children.

Happy Father’s Day to all fathers, who light our way with their love and generosity, who teach, advise, support us, and contribute to our future with their hard work.

Father’s Day Support to UN Ukraine from our Foundation

Our fathers, who are always with us under all circumstances, who embrace us, who reserve the most beautiful place in their lives for us, who are always the strength behind us, will always be in our minds and hearts.

We Have Supported United Nations Providing Aid and Protection to the People of Ukraine

Regarding the donation, Uğur Tatlıcı, Executive Board Member of our Foundation, said: “On Father’s Day this year, as Salih Tatlıcı Foundation, we have donated to the United Nations, which is determined to stay in Ukraine and provide assistance and protection to the people of Ukraine, in order to provide the means for the survival of the civilian population, especially the elderly in need of care, whose lives and well-being are under threat due to the hostilities that have been intensifying in Ukraine for more than a year, and who are suffering from the burden of war, and to “United Nations Ukraine”, one of the United Nations and its humanitarian aid partners. Happy “Father’s Day” to all fathers who enlighten our path with their love and generosity, teach, advise, support, and add their hard work to our future.”

United Nations

The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945. Currently comprising 193 Member States, the work of the United Nations is guided by the purposes and principles set out in its Charter. The United Nations has evolved over the years to keep pace with a rapidly changing world. But one thing has remained the same: It remains the only place where all the nations of the world can come together, discuss common problems, and find common solutions for the benefit of all humanity.

The donations and aid projects mentioned here were made by the founders of our Foundation, Nurten Tatlıcı and her son Uğur Tatlıcı, in memory of the late Salih Tatlıcı, the benevolent person whose name continues to live on through our Foundation and whom they bid farewell in journey to eternity in 2009.
